INTRODUCTION

SESSION 1: OPEN MINDFULNESS

What is beautiful, is good
and what is good, is beautiful
if you look at the inside of things.

SESSION 2: STRENGTHENING POSITIVE FEELINGS

Positive thoughts throw you
5 meters further as with a slingshot.
A positive attitude gives you
wings.

SESSION 3: 'DISTURBING' THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS

If you powerfully take distance
from your negative emotions
then these emotions remotely become more powerful
and then they return.

SESSION 4: 'HERE AND NOW' IS TIMELESS, UNLIMITED

You are not a floating piece of wood
on a flowing river.
You are that river itself.
You are the water of the river.
You are the flowing of the water.

SESSION 5: DEVELOPING DEEP UNDERSTANDING

Wisdom is what grows inside you
and of which you are part with your whole being.
Thereby true wisdom
brings you ever closer to yourself.

SESSION 6: YOGA IN BODY AND MIND, ‘PATH OF THE MIDDLE

You are like a flower that is watered.
You still have to use
that water.

SESSIE 7 : COMMUNICATION

The kind of attention that someone needs
blows through the soul like a fresh breeze.
Inundating someone
with a different kind of attention
will never be sufficient.

SESSION 8: BEING

Meaning' only has
what gets 'meaning’
through you.

SESSION X: THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

If you meditate well,
then your meditation
never ends.
